Acceptance
By accessing Thrivhub you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and — if you participate in the program — the Affiliate Program Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, its credentials, and the accuracy of the information you provide. We may refuse, limit, or terminate access at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Use the platform only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioThriv Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
