Affiliate Program Terms

Thrivhub and the BioThriv ecosystem market products that are strictly for laboratory and research use only. As an affiliate you agree that all of your promotional content reflects this and never positions any product for human or animal use.

You may describe products only in research terms (e.g. purity, testing, availability). You may not state or imply any biological, health, or performance outcome.

The following are strictly prohibited in any content you publish, link from, or pay to promote:

• Any health, medical, therapeutic, curative, or disease-treatment claim.

• Any human or animal use, dosing, ingestion, injection, or administration guidance.

• Before/after results, testimonials, or anecdotes implying physiological effects.

• Weight-loss, performance, anti-aging, or “works like [drug]” comparisons.

• Claims that products are safe, FDA-approved, or evaluated by any regulator.

• Implying products are supplements, drugs, cosmetics, or food.

Making a banned claim is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Thrivhub on every piece of promotional content, per the FTC Endorsement Guides.

Use a clear disclosure such as “#ad”, “#affiliate”, or a plain-language statement that you earn a commission. The disclosure must be hard to miss — not buried in hashtags, a bio, or a link tooltip.

You may not represent yourself as the company, make endorsements you don’t honestly hold, or use fake reviews.

No spam. Email and SMS promotion must comply with CAN-SPAM and the TCPA — only to recipients who opted in, with a working opt-out, and accurate headers.

No trademark bidding, typosquatting, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, incentivized clicks, or misleading redirects.

No promotion to minors or in any jurisdiction where the products or your promotion would be unlawful.

Commission rate, attribution (cookie) window, tiers, and payout method are set by Thrivhub and shown in your dashboard. TODO(owner): finalize these before launch.

Commissions are earned only on valid, attributed, completed conversions and may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or terms violations.

Payouts are made by the methods Thrivhub supports (e.g. PayPal, ACH, or bitcoin — never Stripe). You are responsible for your own taxes; valid tax information may be required before payout.

Thrivhub may suspend or terminate any affiliate at any time — per affiliate, at our discretion — including for any banned claim, missing disclosure, prohibited method, or other breach.

On suspension your links are disabled and pending commissions may be withheld or voided. Either party may end participation at any time.
